Scientific, neurophysiological and psychological evidence have shown that modern life, full of pressures, tensions and stress, is making us an immense evil. Stress from various problems of physical and mental health can be significantly diminished If we provide a daily time to slow down, breathe, relax and examine our feelings and thoughts from a broader point of view.
This course aims to teach some exercises that for more than two thousand years have helped the human being to live a happy life with less suffering. It will be presented techniques to develop mindfulness, vitality, self-knowledge and compassion. It is open to anyone interested in overcoming their inner conflicts or simply to invest in your personal growth.
